We presented our Business Design Solution to the client, showing them how it solves their problems and boosts their business. It's like offering them a tailored plan to success.

Golden Thread Curated for Avnet
Intelligent Workflows focuses on the IBM methodology for providing business solutions. We build Golden threads which gives end to end business solution across different personas , and starter thread which builds deeper understanding of golden thread.
To know what IBM brings to the table for our client it is very important for the client to understands what do they need for their business outcomes and where IBM comes in the picture.
IBM works in the various sectors such as customer transformation, procurement, service Design and every domain brings their own process mapping, Golden Thread helps user understand the process journey along with the personas, pain points, KPIs and Business outcomes
We did discovery workshop with Avnet America, AMEA and APAC teams, and for different areas like Manufacturing and Procurement, Finance, Quote to cash, Sales and Marketing. We gathered different stakeholders and defined personas and their pain points.
We helped team map the KPIs and business value and vision. based on the insights we built Golden Thread and helped client understand end-to-end customer journey.

We created interactive prototype of workflows for engaging storytelling.
